數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)技術的(de)(de)(de)飛速發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育產生了(le)(le)巨大(da)影響,其要求職(zhi)(zhi)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)必須具(ju)備(bei)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang),才能適(shi)應數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育改(gai)革的(de)(de)(de)需求,實現職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)可持續(xu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。針對(dui)目前職(zhi)(zhi)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)水平較低的(de)(de)(de)現實問(wen)題,建議構建校本(ben)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)智能研(yan)修機制。其一,職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)院校要根據相關政策(ce)、標準以及本(ben)校的(de)(de)(de)實際情況,探究研(yan)制出適(shi)合本(ben)校的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)標準,建立(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學能力提(ti)升體系(xi),為教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學能力提(ti)升提(ti)供基(ji)本(ben)遵循。創建涵蓋教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學設計、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學課件(jian)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學反思(si)以及教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學評(ping)價等(deng)內(nei)容的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)檔(dang)案,了(le)(le)解教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)專業(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)中的(de)(de)(de)不足(zu);建立(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)評(ping)價體系(xi),對(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學能力和(he)專業(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進行全面評(ping)估,發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)揮評(ping)估結(jie)果對(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)專業(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)導和(he)支持作用,激發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)升數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)的(de)(de)(de)主動意(yi)識,激勵(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)積極參與數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學實踐(jian)(jian)和(he)研(yan)究,從而促進教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)專業(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。其二,基(ji)于職(zhi)(zhi)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)現狀開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)各(ge)類教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)活動。邀(yao)請專家開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術前沿(yan)講(jiang)座,定(ding)期進行教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)智能研(yan)修培(pei)訓,建立(li)基(ji)于實踐(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機制等(deng),讓教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)具(ju)體的(de)(de)(de)活動中不斷增強數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)。通過(guo)校內(nei)組織教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學競賽或(huo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學設計比賽,或(huo)依據校內(nei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)標準對(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進行定(ding)期考核并(bing)給予一定(ding)獎(jiang)勵(li)。在(zai)及時了(le)(le)解教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)狀況的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,激勵(li)其開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相應的(de)(de)(de)自學活動,主動提(ti)升數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)素養(yang)。

(三)立足多源數據精準采(cai)集,構建職校(xiao)教師專業發展(zhan)數智化評價體系(xi)

隨著職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化轉型戰略(lve)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)推進(jin)(jin),作為診(zhen)斷(duan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)水平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)智化評(ping)價(jia)(jia)體(ti)系(xi)也應給予(yu)重(zhong)點關注。其一,構(gou)建(jian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育大(da)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)系(xi)統(tong),有效鏈(lian)接(jie)各個數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)庫。全(quan)過(guo)程、全(quan)方位地智能(neng)(neng)追蹤與(yu)(yu)采集職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、培訓(xun)及(ji)學(xue)生表現等(deng)各種多(duo)模(mo)態、多(duo)維度數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),使用數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化設備精準捕捉職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)實習實訓(xun)過(guo)程中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),以(yi)最新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)崗位要求為導(dao)向,刻(ke)畫(hua)其掌握多(duo)元(yuan)實踐技能(neng)(neng)發展(zhan)(zhan)情況的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)智能(neng)(neng)畫(hua)像,評(ping)價(jia)(jia)其專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)水平(ping)發展(zhan)(zhan)現狀(zhuang),并(bing)通過(guo)一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)反饋手段(duan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)相應的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調節,促進(jin)(jin)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)。其二,加大(da)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)基礎設施投入,為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)提供數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化平(ping)臺,鼓勵其進(jin)(jin)行(xing)自我評(ping)價(jia)(jia)與(yu)(yu)改進(jin)(jin)。職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)可(ke)以(yi)通過(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)平(ping)臺,及(ji)時(shi)獲(huo)得個人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)與(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)大(da)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),并(bing)根據(ju)(ju)(ju)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)分析了解自身的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)優缺點,明確改進(jin)(jin)方向,提升(sheng)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)素養。此(ci)外,依托互動平(ping)臺,充(chong)分發揮數(shu)(shu)智化評(ping)價(jia)(jia)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)集成功能(neng)(neng),實現多(duo)層次評(ping)價(jia)(jia)匯總與(yu)(yu)多(duo)學(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)集體(ti)評(ping)價(jia)(jia)。采集與(yu)(yu)分析學(xue)生評(ping)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)自評(ping)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)群(qun)體(ti)跨學(xue)科評(ping)價(jia)(jia)、上級校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)領導(dao)評(ping)價(jia)(jia)多(duo)源頭(tou)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju),從多(duo)個層級幫助教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)提升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)實效、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)能(neng)(neng)力和跨學(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能(neng)(neng)力。
