我國學(xue)(xue)(xue)者近幾(ji)年(nian)對增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了大(da)量(liang)(liang)研究,但更多停留在(zai)(zai)理(li)論思辨和(he)國外經驗介紹(shao)等(deng)層面,很少將這一評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)方式付諸(zhu)實踐。這是由(you)于增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)的(de)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)目標的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)性(xing)(xing)、評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)方式的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程性(xing)(xing)和(he)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)要素(su)的(de)全(quan)(quan)(quan)域性(xing)(xing)等(deng)特征,需要采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)大(da)量(liang)(liang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)水(shui)平、就業能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)和(he)職(zhi)業素(su)養等(deng)方面的(de)“證(zheng)據(ju)”,后(hou)期在(zai)(zai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)分(fen)(fen)析上還要消(xiao)耗大(da)量(liang)(liang)的(de)時間(jian)、人(ren)力(li)和(he)精(jing)力(li),工作浩繁,遠非教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)力(li)量(liang)(liang)所及。而(er)在(zai)(zai)我國2022年(nian)全(quan)(quan)(quan)國教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作會議上確定了實施(shi)“教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)戰略行(xing)(xing)動(dong)”的(de)目標,這一行(xing)(xing)動(dong)旨在(zai)(zai)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)發(fa)(fa)揮信(xin)息技術(shu)的(de)“助推器”功能(neng)(neng)(neng)為職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)賦能(neng)(neng)(neng),進(jin)一步(bu)增(zeng)強職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)適(shi)應(ying)性(xing)(xing)。在(zai)(zai)開展(zhan)(zhan)高職(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)職(zhi)業能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中,信(xin)息技術(shu)在(zai)(zai)邏輯運算、數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)分(fen)(fen)析和(he)資料整(zheng)合(he)等(deng)方面具(ju)有得天獨厚的(de)優勢,可以為評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)活動(dong)提(ti)供諸(zhu)多便利,使得評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)活動(dong)更具(ju)實效性(xing)(xing)、針對性(xing)(xing)和(he)便利性(xing)(xing)。因此,職(zhi)業能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)需要借助信(xin)息技術(shu),建構支持全(quan)(quan)(quan)面獲取學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)狀態的(de)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)平臺(tai)。具(ju)體(ti)來說(shuo),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)息技術(shu)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)水(shui)平、學(xue)(xue)(xue)習表現(xian)(xian)、勞動(dong)創造、道(dao)德(de)品質、就業情況(kuang)、職(zhi)業素(su)養等(deng)不同(tong)維度(du)的(de)動(dong)態變化(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju),上傳到(dao)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)平臺(tai)后(hou)對每個學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)具(ju)體(ti)情況(kuang)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)精(jing)準畫像(xiang),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)分(fen)(fen)析挖掘隱(yin)藏(zang)在(zai)(zai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)背(bei)后(hou)的(de)內在(zai)(zai)的(de)、不易發(fa)(fa)掘的(de)影響因素(su)和(he)存在(zai)(zai)問(wen)題(ti),為教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)決策和(he)改進(jin)提(ti)供重要的(de)參(can)考(kao)依據(ju)。增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)是一種更加體(ti)現(xian)(xian)以人(ren)為本理(li)念的(de)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)方式,而(er)物聯網感知技術(shu)、語音圖(tu)像(xiang)識別、視頻智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、可穿戴設(she)備、腦機交互等(deng)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)可以實現(xian)(xian)全(quan)(quan)(quan)方位、無間(jian)斷、立體(ti)化(hua)(hua)、全(quan)(quan)(quan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程地采(cai)(cai)集(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成長(chang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju),以尊重個體(ti)差異、促(cu)進(jin)全(quan)(quan)(quan)人(ren)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)為出發(fa)(fa)點實現(xian)(xian)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面兼顧。總(zong)之,在(zai)(zai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)時代,高職(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)職(zhi)業能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)應(ying)充(chong)分(fen)(fen)整(zheng)合(he)大(da)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)資源,創建由(you)課(ke)前到(dao)課(ke)后(hou)、由(you)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)到(dao)畢業、由(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)徒(tu)到(dao)大(da)國工匠的(de)全(quan)(quan)(quan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程的(de)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)系統,讓增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)真正從關(guan)(guan)(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)群體(ti)轉(zhuan)向關(guan)(guan)(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)個體(ti)、從關(guan)(guan)(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)結(jie)果轉(zhuan)向關(guan)(guan)(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程、從關(guan)(guan)(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)成績提(ti)升轉(zhuan)向關(guan)(guan)(guan)注(zhu)(zhu)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)。

四、效用適配:建構“標準+增能”的多主體效用反饋機制
