一、加強高職院校青年教師師德師風建設

以老帶(dai)新(xin)是各(ge)高職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)良傳統。青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)培(pei)養是學校(xiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)組成(cheng)(cheng)部分,為充分發揮學校(xiao)現任高級專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術職(zhi)務人員(yuan)在(zai)人才(cai)培(pei)養中的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong),幫助青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)道德修養和(he)(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學能力(li)等(deng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)面快(kuai)速成(cheng)(cheng)長,使結(jie)(jie)(jie)對(dui)雙(shuang)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)在(zai)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建設(she)和(he)(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學經驗方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)面相(xiang)互交流和(he)(he)(he)補(bu)充,共(gong)同(tong)完成(cheng)(cheng)人才(cai)培(pei)養任務。湖北職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術學院(yuan)制定(ding)印發了《“春(chun)雨青藍(lan)工(gong)(gong)程”項目(mu)實(shi)施方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)案》,方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)案中明(ming)確了結(jie)(jie)(jie)對(dui)的(de)(de)(de)青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)(he)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)各(ge)自的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)責(ze)并要(yao)求(qiu)簽(qian)定(ding)責(ze)任書,有明(ming)確的(de)(de)(de)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標。如在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)學指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)面,要(yao)求(qiu)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隨堂(tang)聽課不(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)5學時,指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)撰寫教(jiao)(jiao)學工(gong)(gong)作總結(jie)(jie)(jie)不(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)1篇,指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)參加教(jiao)(jiao)研活(huo)動不(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)2次(ci),常規(gui)教(jiao)(jiao)學檢查(cha)不(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)2次(ci),指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)上匯報(bao)課至少(shao)1次(ci),指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)參加各(ge)種競賽(sai)等(deng)。聘期(qi)結(jie)(jie)(jie)束,各(ge)結(jie)(jie)(jie)對(dui)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)徒(tu)所在(zai)二(er)級單位按照學校(xiao)《“春(chun)雨青藍(lan)工(gong)(gong)程”項目(mu)實(shi)施方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)案》及結(jie)(jie)(jie)對(dui)雙(shuang)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)簽(qian)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標責(ze)任書要(yao)求(qiu),組織專(zhuan)班通(tong)過量化評分的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)對(dui)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)徒(tu)結(jie)(jie)(jie)對(dui)雙(shuang)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)進(jin)行考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he),考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)結(jie)(jie)(jie)果(guo)分優(you)秀、良好、合格、不(bu)(bu)合格四個等(deng)次(ci),考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)結(jie)(jie)(jie)果(guo)作為結(jie)(jie)(jie)對(dui)青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)(he)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)本人考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)、評優(you)、續聘、晉升(sheng)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術職(zhi)務的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)依據。

四、抓項目,走好教科研每一步

一些青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)是從高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)直接進(jin)入(ru)(ru)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)校(xiao)參加工作,大(da)多(duo)數還不是師(shi)(shi)(shi)范類專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),幫助青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)角色(se)轉換(huan)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)規劃顯得(de)尤(you)(you)為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)。高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)應該(gai)結(jie)合(he)青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)及(ji)入(ru)(ru)職(zhi)(zhi)崗位特點,協助青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)展目(mu)(mu)標,做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)短、中(zhong)、長期(qi)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)展規劃,不僅能幫助青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)完成(cheng)身份的過渡,快速(su)(su)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)角色(se),又能激(ji)(ji)發(fa)(fa)青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的積(ji)極性,激(ji)(ji)發(fa)(fa)其(qi)潛能。尤(you)(you)其(qi)是在入(ru)(ru)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)時,讓青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)全面了(le)(le)(le)解學(xue)校(xiao)的發(fa)(fa)展目(mu)(mu)標、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)展特色(se),使青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)快速(su)(su)融入(ru)(ru)新(xin)環(huan)境,正確定位發(fa)(fa)展方向(xiang)(xiang),找到(dao)自身與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)(fa)展的契合(he)點,努力(li)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)自己(ji)的綜合(he)素養,做(zuo)(zuo)新(xin)時代“四(si)(si)有(you)(you)”好(hao)老(lao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)。通(tong)過學(xue)習(xi)各高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)校(xiao)的“雙高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設中(zhong)期(qi)績效自評報告(gao)發(fa)(fa)現,河北一高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)校(xiao)打造師(shi)(shi)(shi)資隊(dui)伍的做(zuo)(zuo)法(fa)非常有(you)(you)代表性。其(qi)在特色(se)經驗與(yu)做(zuo)(zuo)法(fa)中(zhong)談到(dao)構建(jian)“五維四(si)(si)階”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)展體系(xi),樹立(li)“未(wei)來職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)”理念(nian),分五階段四(si)(si)維度系(xi)統化設計(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)展體系(xi)。報告(gao)中(zhong)以(yi)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)群為(wei)例,探索(suo)形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)“優化結(jie)構、思(si)維提升、協作共進(jin)、定向(xiang)(xiang)拓展”的職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校(xiao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)素質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設路徑,形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)群校(xiao)企雙向(xiang)(xiang)互通(tong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資建(jian)設機制,構建(jian)了(le)(le)(le)汽(qi)車(che)(che)(che)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)群“鉆石”師(shi)(shi)(shi)資結(jie)構,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)個人發(fa)(fa)展脈絡清晰,方向(xiang)(xiang)明確,具有(you)(you)可操(cao)作性,值得(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)學(xue)習(xi)和(he)借鑒。

七、人為本,身心關懷留人才

良好(hao)的家庭氛圍可(ke)以讓人安心工作和學(xue)習。青年(nian)教師入職后(hou),很快將(jiang)面(mian)(mian)臨(lin)擇偶、結婚、生子等現實(shi)問(wen)題。學(xue)校可(ke)以為新(xin)進教師提供過渡性住(zhu)房,聯(lian)合同城企事業單位舉辦一些(xie)青年(nian)聯(lian)誼活動,解決(jue)青年(nian)教師住(zhu)房和擇偶問(wen)題,對(dui)學(xue)校的人才引進計劃大有幫助。學(xue)校相關(guan)部門要多關(guan)心青年(nian)教師的家庭生活情況,及時了解他們(men)的訴求(qiu),解決(jue)他們(men)當(dang)下面(mian)(mian)臨(lin)的實(shi)際困難,為青年(nian)教師創(chuang)新(xin)實(shi)干排除(chu)后(hou)顧之憂。
