職業院校教師數字化能力的基本結構

結(jie)(jie)合(he)國(guo)內外已(yi)有研究可(ke)知,職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)教師數(shu)字(zi)化能力是指(zhi)職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)教師所具備的運用(yong)信息化技術(shu)進行教學(xue)、教研、反(fan)思(si)時所涉(she)(she)及的數(shu)字(zi)情(qing)感、數(shu)字(zi)知識、數(shu)字(zi)技能與(yu)數(shu)字(zi)環境(jing)(jing)的心(xin)理特(te)質。與(yu)此同(tong)時,以數(shu)字(zi)情(qing)感、數(shu)字(zi)知識、數(shu)字(zi)技能和數(shu)字(zi)環境(jing)(jing)為基礎的職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)教師數(shu)字(zi)化能力還涉(she)(she)及持續性信息化教學(xue)意向、情(qing)感適應等(deng)觀測點(dian)。職(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)教師數(shu)字(zi)化能力基本結(jie)(jie)構如圖1所示。

一、數字情感:職業院校教師數字化能力結構的前提

數(shu)字(zi)情感是指教(jiao)師對于數(shu)字(zi)化所(suo)具有的情感方(fang)面(mian)的認(ren)知,主要(yao)包(bao)括教(jiao)師具備的持續性應(ying)用信(xin)息化教(jiao)學的情感以(yi)及(ji)教(jiao)師對于教(jiao)育信(xin)息化的情感適應(ying),是職業院校(xiao)教(jiao)師數(shu)字(zi)化能力提升的前提。
